#1
Who do you got in this matchup?
#2
Rams Roll
#3
Not so fast my friend ......if the Rams can’t keep their cool at home against Valley then they are gonna struggle on the road at PW! Two tough weeks back to back for the Rams! I believe they will split these next two games but idk which one they will drop! If they so happen to win both games then it’s time for me to BUY BUY BUY up all the stock I can get!!

Either you’ve been in cave for 10 years or you don’t pay much attention , this isn’t the 80”s snd 90”s , kids talk more crap on the field than a wwe match , personal fouls have are called every game usually on both teams , didnt say I agree with it but it’s how things are

My knowledge of Portsmouth West is that they are a smash mouth, between the tackles, drive it down your throat kind of team. Sounds to me like Raceland is a superior run stopping team that dares you to come at them. I think the winner of the LOS wins this game. I’m going with Raceland because I do not think they will be caught off guard in the passing game 2 weeks in a row.

Never said a word about talk smack...it’s the extra pushing and late hits that get you! Simply saying if they can’t stay calm at home that when they get to PW, when the talking is worse and the calls are horrible things could start to add up on them.We shall see

If we bring our A game the west siders have no shot. RAMS BY ELEVENTY BILLION!

Raceland is the only place I’ve seen where you get homered at home , they don’t get to many calls
#10
I’ve seen their QB a few times now, and the cat Raceland has now could be one of their best eventually in my opinion.
#11
I think it’ll be a low scoring game because of the run game. Possessions will be at a minimum so making the most of those chances are monumental.

P-west is replacing 4 o-lineman bring back running back and qb rams o-line and d-line r men so rams will keep rolling but dig in for about 4 hour game for the flags and that's not bc rams r a ky team it's bc it is west no one goes there with out many flags trust me 😐

We’ve played there twice in the last few years and yes there’s more laundry on the field than a teenage girls bedroom floor , but just like playing at Ashland and Paintsville you know going into that game your gonna get some bad calls just gotta fight through it get your W and get the hell out of town

The Rams will be fine this week at Portsmouth West. I do agree that they need to keep their cool in the face of bad calls and cheap shots, but they will win the game going away.

Games like this is why you have to be disciplined and go out and play your brand of football early. Cant wait to turn things on, full throttle from the jump. Defensively we gotta fix our conaistency in coverage. We defend the intermediate passing game but we have got to stop giving up the big plays. Special teams are an eyesore, but the offensive production is pretty damn good right now, so it kind if over shadows it. More so in the kicking aspect of Special teams, our coverage needs to improve. I dont worry too much about the XPs being wishy washy bc our 2pt conversion percentage is pretty good right now. Would like to know the actual statline in that.

I looked back at last year's Raceland schedule. They were 4-1 heading into this game and was winning 21-20 but PW's QB scrambled and threw a pass to a wide open receiver with less than 2 min left in the game to set up a game winning TD run with about 40 seconds left. PW won 27-21. The next week, Somerset went to Raceland and won 16-13. I am really interested to see how well this year's team responds to what happened last year.

This years team is way better offenslly than last years , the line is dominating up front and having a QB that will stand in the pocket and throw keeps teams from loading the box which makes things easier on them , but on defense we are giving up way to many big plays , the Defensuve backs gave up 2 jump balls and 2 just not doing their job getting burnt plays all for touchdowns and it seems like it’s 3rd and long , second and long . I know Raceland is getting a player eligible this week that plays DB im thinking some compitiion for playing time will bring more focus on the field
#20
Raceland rolls. Go Rams!
#21
Raceland has too many weapons for P-west to hang in there with them...

Raceland 35
P-West 14

Gotta agree whole heartedly hear. I knownthe kid is chomping at the bit to get on the field. He has sat for a year and a half without being able to play a snap. u know he will be ready to give all he has. with him, we add to our depth at WR and DB.
#23
From what I was told he’s the fastest kid on the team and that’s saying something with gunnur , Judd snd lacks all three of those guys can run , I’m sure mike will figure out a way to get the ball in his hands
#24
I'll take the Rams.

does anyone know how the seating is at PW? never been there. is there places around the field to set up chairs/stand and still see the game well?
#29
Looks like both teams will have problems getting in a good practice this week! Lots of rain...might be a sloppy game and I don’t mean muddy
