Fc lost a lot last year but their having a good season so far. Lynn camp is not the same Lynn camp from last year their a hard hitting team and strong line. I’m sure the coaching staff at Floyd central will get things in order and firing on all cylinders

Prestonsburg has fallen way off from being one of the powerhouses in Mountain football. Can they regain that status?

They can absolutely regain it. Right now, P-burg is starting 8 or 9 sophomores. These kids will get a year in Brewer's schemes and then a year in his off season program. They will be experienced and much stronger physically next season. The middle school is running the same system as the high school and those kids will also benefit from the off season program. With Brewer at the helm, the defections to other programs will slow down as well. You will still have those kids that go somewhere else, but once they get to know Brewer, they will want to play for him. In addition to all of that, realignment will help the Blackcats. The district is winnable and they get some favorable paths to the state semis in a couple of years. In the next few seasons, P-burg will be back to competing for championships.

Jamey Johnson and Jeremy Hall are calling the game on WMDJ. They say this is the biggest crowd for a game at Prestonsburg since they played Boyle County back in the 90's.

Floyd Central scored on the first possession of the game. Missed 2 pt try. 6-0 FC.
#39
Standing room only. People are still rolling in.

14-0 fc

FC scores again going to be running clock soon as Pburg doesn't look like be able to stop the Jags. 22-0
#42
FC is rolling them. Prestonsburg is very young and inexperienced.

Going to take awhile for Pburg to get program back on track from what seeing thus far in this game.

This is bad. Prestonsburg is REALLY down...
#45
37-6 halftime. P-Burg’s only score came off a 50 yard QB scramble.
#46
49-6.

I feel bad for the kids at pburg. Congrats to fc

Floyd Central looks good, Pburg looks really bad. Probably the worst effort that I've ever seen from a Pburg team. Congrats to the Jags on breaking the in-county losing streak. Was it 30 years? They played to win. Pburg may be in for a winless season if they don't drastically improve their effort level.
