Looks like Corbin is in trouble Smile

Went about like was expected. Stinson has really upped his game. I see Mayfield getting better and better. McCrack played about hard but was simply over matched. Too much speed everywhere. On to the next game.

1 game at a time but you could well be correct, we are improving and history vs Corbin certainly favors the Cards

Every dog has his day. As they said in Cubbie land for years wait till next year.

Why was McCracken without 5 starters.

First I’ve heard of that, wouldn’t have mattered, McCraken co would have trouble with mayfield’s JV.

Coach Clark said it in post game video that I seen on al willman twitter.

Same song from beechwood. Same song from mayfield last year. We could very well get beat. But I don’t think one team has a clear advantage over the other.

I think Mayfield will win against Corbin. This team is as deep as I've seen from a Mayfield team since they went 15-0 in 2010.

Sounds like an excuse. Maybe the coach needs one from the heat of boosters.

I agree. Should be a heck of a matchup in 2 weeks.

I agree. Both teams are capable of beating the other with there A game. Same with Beechwood. Whoever plays to the highest level of what they are capable of wins. The only way it's a blowout is if 1 team doesn't play near what they are capable of, and doesn't play a clean game. Penalties, and turnovers will likely decide the winner.

He seemed a little salty in his interview. The worst 2 McCracken teams have been the last 2 that he has been the coach of. He may be feeling the heat. I also don't think he had Hoptown in good shape either. Hoptown has had some tough breaks since he left with 2 or 3 of there best players not playing last year due to a couple of transfers, and injury, but even with those obstacles Hoptown still ended up being better under Clayton than they had been even with there youth. Now the qb injury may do them in this year if he can't return, but they had definitely improved under Clayton up to that point. I don't know if Clark is a good coach or not, but it seems Hopkinsville is better than they was with him, and McCracken is worse than they was before he got there. The graduation of Zyaire Hughes may be a lot of the reason they ain't as good, but surely with the athletes available at that school they can be better than they have been so far this year.

Not saying you haven't been right alot, but you have been wrong a lot too. You promised Mayfield would win #13 both of the last 2 years. You predicted a couple score win over Corbin last year. You predicted Mayfield would beat Union City even worse than last year. You predicted a blowout over Tilghman, even though it kinda was in the end you didn't think Tilghman would be as close for awhile as they was. I hope your right on the Corbin game, but I think it's a push. Neither of us have seen Corbin. I would love to make it to Clarksville, but I doubt I'll venture that far away from home to attend.
#25
Well, I wouldn’t say that neither of us has seen Corbin. Besides that, if not for some very unusual situations we could’ve very well had #14 by now. As far as the UC game, that’s easy. No one had ever seen that qb, who made better plays than the one last year. But, we did win. I suspect the little doggies can score, just not enough to keep up.
