Like a lot of others, I thought this game would have been closer. The Dawgs are down and I guess Powell County returned some talent from last year's team.

Well Powell county has won 11 of their last 13 games. They're not that bad of a team. The game was closer than the score indicates. LC had an 8-7 lead and Powell come back to score and made it 15-7. LC then fumbled the kickoff and allowed Powell to score soon thereafter. Just kind of dug ourselves in a hole. Game gets to 30-16 Powell and we go for it on 4th down in our own territory late in the third quarter. Didn't get it and had to punt. Powell scored quick after that and it was just hard to come back. Think Powell is underrated.

Austin Campbell had the great hit! Just vicous! In the NFL it would be targeting, but that aside it was a vicous and brutal hit. Football is a physical sport and that was a physical hit.
