100% class by both teams after a Western Hills player got seriously injured and had to be carted off. #Sportsmanship

WanDale is super fast. Damien Harris is bigger and stronger but WanDale has more speed. I'm hoping UK can land him.

UK has a chance but I think it'll be Michigan or Alabama.

How can you tell Alabama and Nick Saban no?

This one went probably as expected. The Engineers looked much better this week after dropping the ball at Paintsville last week. Had several points I thought they could make the game close and couldnât quite do it. Robinson was too much and clearly the best player on the field. Proving the recruiting ratings right in my opinion.
Both teams also showed class after a player for Western Hills broke his leg badly they took time to pray together. Hope the young man is alright.
Estill is on bye this week. After an 0-2 start with two blowouts do you think they can get back on track? I truly believe the Engineers could win out (with the exception of Lex Cath) or lose out. I am really beginning to warm up to the new offense.

Estill should beat Boyd. Should be a good game with Bath then you have the districts which they are very capable of winning. LCA will be tough but hopefully closer than what it's been past several years as LCA lost a lot from last year to Graduation and a key transfer that went to Paintsville.

Don't know. He was already laying on the ground when I got there that's when they called for the Ambulance Gernie. After both teams went back to their sidelines after the prayer, some of the Estill players were saying the guy's knee cap ended up on the side of his leg and was poking through the skin.

Yeah I talked to Swim after the game he said it was a make you gag injury. I heard he was a senior too so his football career is likely over. I hate to hear it and wish him a speedy recovery.

Scrimmaged 'em. Wayndale is the real deal. He played the entire scrimmage and wasn't a Prima Donna. A couple of other good kids on that team. Their line was dominated by our average sized line however. In the line portion of the scrimmage, and in the actual game. Containing Robinson on jet motion isn't easy, but doable. He can run between the tackles much better than I anticipated even with a very average, or below average offensive line. His power is impressive. His smack talk game is maybe the most impressive. Lol. A good defensive team will stop him, as I said, his line isn't there. I think he scored 2 TDs on us, which was about a half of a "real" game action. 1 of those 2TDs had us experimenting with a couple of young non starting sophomores. But we 100% had no one who came close to him in speed. My son said, "Dad, in the open he was just jogging and he was leaving me behind..." So yeah. Great player, solid team because he's a great player. Average/below average team if he's not on their roster. IMO, I'd like to see him have a bigger game vs Boyle county. Last year it was something like 15 carries for 13 yards! Can't beat Boyle with a single great player and no help. IMO, their QB is pretty good though. I forgot about him. They have another good running back. Their line has to get better if they make a nice playoff run.
