Not sure about top 10 but my top 5 would be

South- Ramey, Cromer are studs. The region favorite for me.

Knox- Imel, Martin, Adams returning starters. Supposedly Turners are moving to Tennessee. Patterson, Elliot are returning players who received varsity minutes plus a transfer from within the region.

Harlan County- Very solid team with a great coach. They looked pretty good over summer.

Corbin- Matthew Taylor, Sanders, Barton, and Wine returning.

Clay- Return pretty much everyone. Nice young talent with Farmer, Curry, Robinson.

I would agree with this list....Except I do think that Middlesboro should be higher. I do believe that South and Knox are the two best teams. It should be an interesting year!

I doubt the Turners are leaving, can't see em getting the same kind of deal they have going at KC anywhere else. The word is that if they're staying that another player may be on the move somewhere else though.

Kcu is def the favorite. Got 4 starters back and 6th man I believe. South will be right there but kc has to be favorite. Dalton back playing for south will help a Ton.

Playmaker dodging the favorite's role. Smile
I had KC first for 2019 after last year's tourney but it looks like it's going to be South as the No. 1 team going into the season. KC also lost Carton, who played quite a bit off the bench.

South Laurel , Knox Central and Corbin will be the cream of the crop this season. Davis at South will no doubt try to develop 2-3 guys coming off the bench and if he's successful then they will be very hard to handle. Could be a fun basketball season for both the boys and girls teams at South as both are very capable of being top 10 teams in the state.

i love coach Parrin but Jackson will be down the next Season .he will Get the most out of What he has Though.

I know a lot of people say that, but Knox has only been No. 1 once in the last 10 years or so. Everyone got excited last year when they beat Corbin, but Corbin was first in the preseason.
Like Playmaker says, on paper they could be No. 1 with four starters back from a very good team.

I don't know how good Whitley will be this year, I know they have a solid Fr class.... BUT I don't think they are good enough to occupy two spots in the top 10Confusednicker:Confusednicker:
