Corbin V Harlan
Knox v North Laurel
Jackson County v Whitley County
Middlesboro v Barbouville
Off first glance, Whitley should walk to the finals. The bottom half is gonna be a breeze.

Whitley will by no means walk to the finals but it is a much better bracket than the top

If Capbianco for North hadnât gotten hurt that upper bracket would have really been something. As is, Iâll go Corbin-KC, Whitley-Middlesboro in first round, then it gets tougher. I will take KC over Corbin, then Middlesboro over Whitley IF McCullough throws. If not Whitley. But either way Iâll take KC to repeat.

Bottom half is for sure the better side. If Whitley hits Tyler M theyvway they said they did, I am going to give the edge to Whitley to come out of bottom side. With that said they will have to find a way to shutdown Jacksonâs high powered offense. Now on the top side if Corbin can get by Harlan without using any of there upper tier pitchers,Tuesday will be interesting. Even though jack isnât playing the field and it seems the wheels came off at the wrong time they are still a descent team cause his bat will still be in the lineup. North needs a big game from kids like Brooks, Harbin, and a couple more to hang with Knox. It looks like everyone will be tested and whoever has the best 3-4 guy available could win region this year.

Losing Jack definitely hurts but I think we still got the best pitching lineup in the region, if anyone can beat Knox right now its North

Well Brooks had been solid and Sizemore has been a big surprise for an 8th grader. But weâve issued SOOOO many walks, it has just killed us in a lot of games. If we can cut down on that, we do have a fighting chance. Iâm not so sure I wouldnât start Purvis today, Knox is gonna hit a fastball pitcher, his junk might keep them off balance for a while.
