That would be a solid hire. He is sitting on a legitimate shot at back to back district titles at Powell Co. but will be hit hard by graduation after next season and will also have a much tougher road in the district starting in 2019 (Bell, Rockcastle coming on). I could see it happening.

Matney. Why not? 4A got a whole lot tougher with Boyle and Corbin thrown in the mix. JC's run is over...Matney knows this. Besides, Pburg will be in the regional finals every year with the realignment. 3A Class 7, may have been the weakest district in the state, any class, is who Pburg will basically have to play in 2A playoffs. Matney knows this as well.... Hearing this may happen indeed.
