Haven’t seen Paintsville play this year but from what I hear the Moore kid belongs on the list, just haven’t seen him play.

See why seeding to Sweet 16 would be so subjective!

Every week on twitter, I am reminded that James of Sheldon Clark is averaging a triple-double. HA!
I've watched him and am honestly not as impressed as I thought I would be (kid visiting WVU as a 9th grader?!)
Regardless of his current skill level or talent, any player averaging a triple-double on a team is obviously a valuable part of it. He should be a part of these rankings.

I moved James down because I seen him play in person last night at the expo. And if he catches the ball underneath the basket he will dunk and if you jump right into him and try to lay it in he will block it because he is 6'10". He did not do anything that made me think wow that is a great player not just a big body. Reminded me a lot of Devin Adams that played at Pikeville and Shelby Valley. He did not do anything to wow me. And Dingess is the best player on that team. And honestly I meant to put Varney and Conn on the list and when I was making it I went blank so I updated it through 17 and wanted to see what everyone thinks about who should get the last 3 spots to round out a top 20?

KHSAA has him averaging 13 a game

Well Varney is good athlete that does more than just score. He is a good defensive player that can guard multiple positions. I don’t like to just look at how many points a player scores to determine if they are a good player or not.
#12
I don’t think points should be the only deciding factor either.

I watched Batille play this week at the Expo and wasn't impressed. He's a nice player, but not the best I've seen in the 15th. I haven't seen JR Tackett play this year, but if he has improved any from last year he would be my pick. I haven't watched the Mounts kid play either. So I can't rule him out.

Are we talking all around player or are we just talking offense if your talking defense to you will haven’t to move Mounts towards the bottom and move a couple other guys up the board I can go with Battaile and Tackett up there but there’s a few other guys that’s right there with them

In the last ten games he’s stayed between 15 and 21 a game but we have at least 3 guys doing that

Your right I think defense, rebounds and assists and what the player means to his team and that means we got several players that could be in the decision maybe some we didn’t even mention
