Great second half by the Jags it was just a one-point game at halftime. Shot it great, dominated boards in second half. Rogers didnât even play in second half for Clay, not sure what happened there. On a bright note for Tigers, Conner Robinson is a GREAT looking freshman.

Ryan Rogers left due to a family issue at the Half. Clay County was playing with freshmen and sophomores at that point and their minds were not right. Not making excuses but Rogers makes a huge difference. Jaguars shot it very well tonight.

Clay took one squarely on the chin tonight. It was a fun game in the first half, but in the second half it was all North. I think the Jags definitely proved tonight that they're the favorites in the 49th and one of the top teams in the 13th region.

Jaguar look good tonight hands down but I sure wouldn't get above the note just yet because they could get a surprised note next Friday night when they play a high contender also Jackson County who also is looking very impressive n play some strong ball.. Its going to be a very interesting 49th district this yr ..I think the 1 seed is going to be the strong advantage this yr.

Oh you definitely want that one seed. Iâm pretty sure district is at Clay, not the easiest place to win an elimination game if youâre facing the Tigers😁.

Itâs actually OBIâs turn to host, but I think they are having it at Clay. Others hosting in region are Corbin, Knox Central and Middlesboro, per KHSAA website.

I know a lot of people will say Clay is young and will be a team hard to deal with in the future....I disagree.....they play no defense.....75% of the time on offense they are selfish....I don't think they have the right coach to lead them either....I said that when they ran Marcum off......I wouldn't be shocked if Jackson County isn't playing north in the finals of the district
