Sounded like a great battle between what many have said was two of the 15th Region preseason favorites. I hope someone who was there has some details for us.

I was there. Wow. 15th region teams defense might be getting worse-if thatâs possible. Iâm not sure about pikeville but Floyd were without a starter, I think Nelson is his name. He doesnât score much but is a ball handler and there defensive centerpiece. I expect a different jags team and outcome when heâs playing in early January. Congrats to pikeville for a big win.

Several lead changes throughout the game. Floyd Central has the ball with just over a minute but was down by four. Pikeville forced a turnover and extended the lead putting the game out of reach on free throws. Sloppy at times from both teams. Several teams playing their best for the region should make an exciting tournament. Who will be ready? Who wants it? Canât wait to watch.
