I hope Madison Southern brings the sledge hammer with them and pounds it on the field, just to rile Cov Cath up a little more.

Not quite sure what that means but I don't foresee Covington catholic needing extra motivation for this game. Just my opinion. I think I might have been wrong once before.

What Madison Southern will bring is energy, excitement and 48 minutes of tough hard nosed football like I expect all 12 teams will be bringing. Seven of the 12 teams weren't there last year, so very few returning players at state, kids are all finalizing years of hard work. With southern being only team making it's very 1st trip, and proximity to field loads of fans will show up to support these are boys. Since the new regime took over, in 7 short years we have went from everyone's homecoming game to state level competition. And with the exception of our Madison county rivalry game, no one brings more fans to an away game than our rural community. Our kids will ball and make us proud!
