I don't think I can see the upset in any way on this one. Way to much talent for WC. Several players can beat them at any given time. SW defense was pretty good the last game. PC had like 24 plays with 22yrds I think at one time. They had pulled starters and then they started getting some yrds. And they were supposed to have a great rusher, good solid defense. SW by 24 easy.

Still trying to figure out why people doubt Whitley? Haven't they shown you all yet. Glad to see some people even though they say southwestern with the win want us to win.. Whitley will either win by a touchdown or lose by a touchdown. Mark my word

Probably because they barely went .500, let rockcastle run for 1300 yards on them, lost to a North team that is not as good as last year, then blew a shot at a distrrict title by losing to a 1A school with 1000 fewer kids in it

That 1A school has won the 5A district for the past 15 years. Hazard, Beechwood, and Paintsville could easily be ranked in the Top 10 of 5A this year. 5A is as weak as 1A.

When I played football I wasn't the best player but I could take a beating and keep coming back to stand in there time after time and never quit.I think the Colonels can do the same. As long as they give their best I'll be behind them cheering them on and the warriors will know that they have been in a war.

if you're saracstic you might be kin to me. lol. I think if Whitley County can get the passing game going and all the seniors come to work with some of the good young players and give it all they have and match the physicality of the warriors they have a shot at winning this region. I guess we'll find out Friday if they want it or not. They definitely have the potential .
