[2017] Pikeville (KY) 35, [2017] Paintsville (KY) 24

From calpreps. I am not making a prediction. Should be a very exciting and entertaining game which will be beneficial to both teams.

This is an easy pick. Tigers lose for second week in a row

Panthers - 28

Pikeville may stay in this game if they can hold on to the football.i know young teams(1 senior on the team) play great one minute, the next minute you are questioning yourself.Paintsville,a very good team with a coach I admire big time playing at home will be a tough one for the panthers.Tigers win by 12.good luck to both teams

I know everyone is down on the Tigers but Hurricane wasn't a bad team. The Tigers didn't allow a TD after the half and I think only gave up like 50-60 yds 2nd half. Hurricane took their first kick return down to the 20. If not mistaken same DB got burnt twice for the Tds. He hasnt played a lot of DB Our offense just couldn't get anything going. Had couple opportunities but didn't capitalize on them. Young QB no real veteran RBs I think by week 7 or 8 their offense will be going.
Paintsville will rebound against Pikeville. Then Williamsburg home the week after

Gonna have to disagree with a blowout in this one. Paintsville MAY very well win, but Pikeville will make a better showing than that. We were doing very well against a good sized LCA squad until the fumbles and the short field put our D against the wall against an extremely talented LCA team that features an explosive offense. No disrespect to Paintsville at all.
