Maybe Tonya Williams if they hire in house. Shes has worked under Webb for a while. Unless they hire outside the agency.

The last 6 months in Floyd County has been like a movie. Actually ever since Henry Webb sent his "ban on playing Paintsville and Pikeville in any sport" email to his administrators it seems they all got the axe or took the high road.
1. Email ban was sent out after P'burg's state championship middle school basketball team all transfers out of Floyd County.
2. Webb then backtracks because of pressure from board and community and says he withdraws ban and its okay to schedule them.
3. Jerry Butcher gets fired from Prestonsburg as principal and is transferred to an alternative school position and told to sit there until he retires.
4. Cassandra Akers retires from Betsy Layne principal position.
5. Ricky Thacker is no longer AD at Betsy Layne unless he takes it back now that Webb is gone.
6. The whole South Floyd and Allen Central regime are gone for the most part (admin and coaches).
7. Henry Webb then leaves eastern Kentucky and moves to northern Kentucky even though his daughter is still in high school and he is opening up a new high school in the fall.
If this isn't a movie script, I don't know what is. It seems like his whole regime went down including him after the email. I bet the changing of the board had a little influence too.
