Good question.
I don't think any of them has as a head coach.
Maybe greer had one? Don't think he did at bell though for the couple of years he was HC there. I think rock dominated that period

Haddix's younger brother Jade won a game as a player when they upset Belfry in 2008.
Greer obviously won as an Assistant Coach... but as Head Coaches I don't think any has...

They haven't, but anybody who denies the fact that they're a great coaching staff just flat out doesn't know football. Tommy Greer is one of the best defensive minds in high school football. Wayne Mills built Knox central from one of the worst programs in the state to a team that could compete for a region title. If you remember, Knox lost to bell by less than a touchdown the year that bell won the state title. Scotty Russell got a raw deal at Knox or he would've probably still been there. He had them competing too. The talk around town has it that politics had a lot to do with his last season at Knox anyway. Anyway, he is a good assistant, I can't think of many better options to be working with skill guys.

Can't disagree there.
Not a huge fan of greer, but there's no denying that Russell, mills, etc is the best coaching staff in this area. Easily.

So let me see if I am reading this right, you think Mills and Russell are much better than Greer? LOL There goes your football creditably. LOL. Greer is twice the coach of either of the two.

Greer as head coach:
97 District Champs and Regional Champs
98 District Champs lost to Belfry in Regional finals
99 District Champs and lost to Lawerence in Regional finals
00: District runner up lost to Ashland in second round.
Not 100% but looks like his record was 35-14

I'm not saying you did, I just wanted to make sure they were accurately represented to some extent.

They are all assistant coaches and Greer is hands down the best of the bunch.

It's too bad that you're the giver of all credibility :biglmao:
And yes I think mills is 10x the coach greer ever thought about.
Greer came to coach at Whitley in 01 after we beats bell's ass off a couple of times. Wasn't a fan. Never will be. I'd be shocked if he doesn't run back to Dudley in a year or two and then Corbin fans will hate him again.

If you need a defensive coordinator you probably go with Greer. If your looking for a head coach, it's a no brainer you go with Mills. You

I think they're all really good coaches. Doesn't matter who is the "best". They're all on the same staff, which is a really good one.

That great defensive mind really shut the opposing team's offense down in the last game that they played nicker:
