There's no truly dominant team in the state this year, and I honestly think outside of 2-3 teams that will make the sweet 16, anyone can beat anyone up there on any given night. If PCC, South Laurel, Corbin, and possibly Knox comes out of the bottom bracket, they can beat Bowling Green. It would take a really good game by a couple of those, and a perfect game by the others, but it could definitely happen. I'm sure there wasn't many (if any) giving South a shot to beat the #1 team in the state in the 1st round last year.

You're right, there is no truly dominate team in Kentucky this year. However, there are 6 or 8 teams that seem to be a notch above the rest. Those teams are Fern Creek, Bowling Green, Trinity, Scott County, Covington Catholic, Ballard, Hopkinsville, and you might as well throw in Christian County, Lexington Catholic and Dunbar. Of course, any of those teams can be beat by ALMOST any team that is good enough to make it to the Sweet 16. Assuming that the 13th region representative and Bowling Green will meet is a big assumption. There will be a lot of basketball played before that happens. Campbell County is more than capable of beating anyone in the 13th. Also, whoever comes out of the 11th will be a tough out for Bowling Green if the 11th region rep gets past Southwestern or Pulaski. There is a lot of basketball to be played before Bowling Green would meet the 13th rep.

Almost positive? I think BG would only be a very slight favorite over Scott County, if both make it that far. SC has a much tougher path to get to that point than BG. But, if they both get there, it would be a pretty evenly matched game. Just my opinion.
