Glad to see Phelps turning things around,David Jones doing a great job with program. With that being said, I've seen Hurley play and they have a really good team. They have a running back that could start for any school around, including Belfry or Johnson Central. I'll take Hurley

Hurley is a State contender every year in Va & thumps each Ky team they play. They already doubled up SV & ER

Hurley is undefeated this year. Phelps has made great strides, but I have to go with Hurley in this one.

No knock on either Sv or Er, but lets be honest.. is that really impressive? Ask Hurley about the last 3 years they played SV (which I remind you 2 out of 3 games were at Hurley both 35+ point games).. Just because they get wins over 2 down programs one year I wouldn't say thump KY teams... :trolldad2:

Did you forget within the last two years that you mentioned that SV team made it to the State Semi's in AA !
Hurley would give Pikeville a great game if not beat them

Hurley is 8-0 and would be comparable to like a Somerset this year.
