Belfry vs Pike Central District Championship 3/4/06

The game everyone in the 60th district has been waiting for, a REMATCH of these two powerhouses....Both have split a game this year with Belfry winning by 3 at PC and PC winning by 5 at Belfry....However, Belfry is the better team of the two and hopefully they will show it once again....By the way since Pike Central has been in the distict they have owned it the past 3 years....So its time for our Belfry boys to step up and show them who deserves to be crowned 60th District Champions......GO PIRATES!!!!

My Prediction: It will be one heck of a ballgame with BELFRY winning by 7.

PC has been dominant the past 3 years and if they play like they did last night against Phelps, they will bring it back to Buckley's Creek again! Bring it back to where it belongs Hawks!!!

there you go again the Hawks in my opinion is the better deserving and i like you know our hawks will step up and shine briter than those pirates can only image and yes we will see you at region!!!!!!

Some of these posts are absolutely ridiculous. Yes, PC has a dominant player in B. Lowe, yes he is considered by most people the 15th Region POY (I think this too), and he can absolutely knock the lights out but he is not the only player on the team. There are other quality players on the team. For example, PC had 5 players in double figures against Phelps. So when you get on here and say things like Belfry vs. B.Lowe think about the other players on PC's soon to be District Champs team. They deserve the respect just like B. Lowe. GO HAWKS!!!

15th fan...The belfry fans (myself included) are just feeding off of almost every Pike Central fans post regarding the Pike Central team. If you go back and look, Brad Lowe is the only player mentioned by PCC Fans in ALMOST every thread. When your own fans start mentioning the other players, I'm sure that the other posters will too.

How about i mention some new ones for you- Last night we had 5 guys in double figures-- David Hess,Brad Lowe, Brad Ratliff, Eric Slone, and Gordon Varney- and Tyler Hamilton had a good defensive game! Way to go guys- Make it one heck of a game!

My prediction is who knows!

I personally am tired of the many comments about pcc only having because we have more than one player that stands out. Eric Slone had a great game Wed. against phelps. David Hess never fails the team he also is an awesome player. Brad Rattliff needs to not be over looked he also contributes alot to this team. Tyler Hamilton is also one to look out for. Yes I am pulling for the Hawks as a team and as the great team they are together. Pirates don't be jealous we won't sink your ship to bad however it might be a good idea for your team to stay in shallow water on Saturday night. Pike Central Hawks are soaring high and we need a place to land so it would also be a good idea for all Pirates to keep their heads up because you never know what will fall from the sky!!!! :wenumber1 :wenumber1

I hate when people talk and talk and dont know they are saying. Honestly Belfry lost to them because they sat Maynard out a whole quarter. And he wasnt in foul trouble I think it was discipline reasons. But that wont happen 2mara night. It will be a good game but honestly Belfry has the better team and I know alot about both teams. But anything can happen but Ill say Belfry pulling away in the 4th and winning by 12.

I am just going to sit back and enjoy it. It will be a great game to watch, and plus should be a Great crowd there, With also Belfry Girls and PCC Girls playing for the Championship!!

For those of you getting sick of us thinking Brad is the only player, I think PP explained why your getting the Brad posters (read above) Belfry knows Brad isnt the only one on the floor but because of a lot of PCC posters....I think it might be a figure of speech...teehee...haha.... Rolleyes

We get a lot of that too. Sometimes you'd think Belfry only has Jamie or whatever...its just because of other posters. I must say, Jaimie and Matt are fantastic!!! (and I will add EVERYONE has off games) but we played one heck of a game, TEAM BALL I might add, the night they were benched. It takes 5 to win or lose a game!

Well in my opinion...if Brad Lowe has a good game like always then Belfry will not win this one.
