So he transfers to Ballard to be closer to family but now is moving all the way to Florida? Seems legit.

Never said I understood it, but that was the case. I'm sure he was going back to Louisville to play for Ballard. I think his mom may live in Louisville. My assumption is that he was ruled ineligible and decided to go the prep route.
