Congrats to Hazard.

Congrats Hazard. Sad day for Pburg.

Gonna be hard for towns like Pburg to recover in this economy and that translates all the way down to the schools and how many kids go there. 2A mountain teams are way down right now.

We're feeling their pain...

Economy 😂 LOL
Same economy as Belfry. Fresh faces needed badly in Pburg.

Pburg coaches running all the good players coming up off before they get a chance to play for the high schooll.

It's tough when a program that is used to winning goes through a bad stretch.

Til' the buddy system is broken up:HitWall:
Ill try not to be down in the mouth over this but in the real world things should have changed by now(in one way or another).. I hear so much,so many bad stories coming out of the program now that Im kinda dumbfounded. I wont get into rehashing rumors but suffice it to say Ive come to find that much of what I heard is true and it saddens me..Things are in a bad way, much support has been lost..I hate it for the kids. they are the ones taking the hit..
I will say this, since I heard this straight from the parents mouths. That several very good grade school/middle school athletes will drive elsewhere to play football before they will play for Pburg..

Big win for the bulldogs.. came just at the right time... Will help build momentum for the young guys congrats

Good to see Hazard get some more kids involved in the offense. Holland with Td catch from tight end position and Whitaker with several nice catches and yards after catch. Fletcher and Pelfrey with nice receptions also. Keep teams from stacking the box against Smith and double teaming Johnson on the outside.

Looks like a short trip to the new Floyd Central for some kids.

Why would they go from one Henry Webb controlled school to another. These kids will either end up at Paintsville or Pikeville.

Why is transferring just a common thing now and it's like it means absolutely nothing to just leave a school you were at?

Some kids transfer thinking a larger school will increase their chances of playing at the next level. Most kids transfer to be part of a regional championship team. But Prestonsburg kids transfer to rid themselves of having to play for Jim Jones.

I remember when kids wanted to play for Pburg, transfered there just to play..Now they transfer to run away
