Ok first I just wanna say CONGRATS to BOTH PBURG BOYS AND GIRLS for winning district......And my important question is....

When is the Last time BOTH boys and girls have won distrcit championship from the same school and it be on their OWN court?......

IMO thats one hell of a question Im sure it goes way back or maybe not thats why im asking

That is one great question. This has no research behind it, but I would have to guess that Paintsville may have done it in the mid-to-late 80's in Pelphrey's era.

I am pretty sure that shelby valley boys and girls both won the dist. in 2001.

And both was favored to win the region and both got upset!

Johnson Central's boys and girls won the district in 2001-02 season on their home floor. The boys beat Paintsville and I can't remember who the girls beat, might have been Sheldon Clark.
