Hazard 41 Fairview 28
#1
Final.

Will give my perspective later..

Congrats Hazard

Sounds like this was a wild one with lots of turnovers, momentum swings, and injuries.

To be honest it shouldn't of been close... Fairview scored on a pick 6. Hazard muffed a punt and give them about 15 yard to score there second touchdown....Fairview for another short field and converted and there last touchdown was a muffed punt that the QB picked up and ran and reversed field and found a open man on a broken play..... But I will say this if Rugglss and them get open field it's very hard to catch them... I only seen Fairview move the ball decent on the last series of the game...

Hazard had 6 fumbles and 1 INT..

Hazard punted 1 time... Hazard stopped themselves..

Crazy game. Fumbles on punts, kick offs, handoffs....contagious. Fairview could not run the ball on Hazards defense with any kind of success at all. Fairview scores were off broken plays mostly. Fairview does have some speed
Hazard did indeed stop themselves. They ran the ball almost at will from the I even with 8 in the box. Three touchdown runs by Smith called back two of them long runs.
Crazy officiating too.
Prayers for the Fairview kids that went down tonight.

I must correct that Fairviews 3rd score was from about 50 yards out by Ruggles..

That is the only big play Fairview had. Plain out poor tackling..
#8
Can someone from Fairview let us know how the two injured players are?

Any Fairview guys got any updates on the two young men? I heard the first kid had a seizure and I want to check on them...

I hope he's okay. Hate to see anything like that....

Yes the first kid did have a seizure on the sideline. Left in ambulance.
Second kid much more serious. Last I heard he was showing improvement but that was around midnight last night.
Such a crazy crazy game all night in every way.
#15
What happen to the second kid for sure?
#16
From what I understand from a definite reliable source is the kid was having trouble with feeling and movement. Not sure exactly what happened but as of this morning, his improvements were there but were at a minimum. If you do pray, keep the young man in your prayers.

The boy's mother posted on Facebook that he had regained movement and was fine and they were just waiting on an MRI I believe she said. Her post was shared and ended up in my feed. Glad to hear that both of them are doing much better.

That's good, hate to hear anything and see things happen like that..
