This game was awesome. Paintsville trailed most of the game but somehow got it together at the end. Great game played by the Hornets. I can't believe that the shot Landon took at the end went in. It just kinda hung there on the rim for a second or 2. Congrats to J.D. on scoring 1000 points. Best of luck next season to Magoffin County, this game is nothing to be ashamed of. Good luck to Paintsville!!!

heartbreaker for us magoffin fans. And may i ask why people was sayin pville would be magoffin by 15. Congrats to pville as much as i hate to say it, Magoffin didnt give up for the last 5 games of the season. i still cant belive that shot went in. Magoffin can not catch a break.

They may have been saying that because they were over confident. Glad to see the boys in blue won the game, but they actually could've lost this one. This is a wake up call fellas, its not the regular season, the team that wants it the most is going to win. Magoffin wanted it more tonight, but thankfully you all hit a last second shot. You have to go in with that killer instinct, and not think that people are going to roll over because of the name on your jersey or the man you have on the sidelines. Get it together for Friday night. Congrats to Magoffin Co. on a great played ball game, best of luck to you all in the future!! How many starters do you all return for next season?

This was a great played game by both teams Bad as i hate to say it congrats Pville....
Now i know im goin to get blasted by alot of people on here but here i go anyway i dont care Landon Slone walked on that last shot and if you dont believe me i will bring you the tape and let you watch it and if im not mistaken MOST refs call charge when you force yourself between two defenders.... now i know Pville fans will deny it because they didnt have the view that we had.... Todd Duff is a horrible ref and imo shouldnt have been aloud to ref this district tourney or atleast this game..

this game just wasnt meant for magoffin to win, that last shot from landon was one heck of a shot, ill sure give him that, magoffin played a very good offense, getting it low, and setting up plays almost everytime down the floor, it was the best game i have ever watched, period.
as to the seniors, wes, cam and shep, you guys played excellent tonight, dont let anyone tell you different, i kno its hard for you guys to accept this, but it happens, i mean thats just the way it was suppose to happen, we sure are gonna miss all of you
and to my boys, tyler, eric, nathan, clay, shane, and devin, you guys played a very good game, dont let this get to you, you guys need to look toward the future, because next year will be here before you know it

Some of you are rediculous!!!
The first 2 fouls called on Paintsville were called on Landon, and both by Duff!!
I know that a lot of you all have said that Landon was protected and all...well if he was..you have succeeded in getting him unprotected!!! You can't go there any more!

maybe he didnt want to make it to obvious at first, because he wasnt going to let nothing happen to him in the end!!!!! but he isnt fooling anybody from MC, if he would have reffed the girls game it would have been the same story.....!!!

The ref's view could not have been nearly as clear as the Magoffin carry at halfcourt that everybody saw but went uncalled, then directly led to Kevin Williams fouling out! i just want to say one thing, this immature stuff on here is the BS, i mean all of you guys need to accept this, yes there was alot of questionable calls, but i mean we cant do nothing about it, we are just waisting our breath, i mean the game went as it did, and another thing, magoffin missed 4 free throws, and if i can add right, i think that would of won the game, so complain all you want, its not gonna help anything
people from magoffin, lets not stinkin embarrass ourselves like this, our boys played a heck of a game, and gave paintsville a run for there money, so lets stop complaining and start giving our boys credit, and actually showing some respect for the other team
