They could have done better, but were done in by all of the hype.

I think both Louisville and UK are getting nice walk-on pickups. Both talented. Both persevered and got where they wanted to go. Both are getting great educations and a shot at a big-time scholly. And both get to kick in huge stadiums in front of great crowds.

I say good for Tyler Pack and good for Evan O'Hara. Both excellent and deserving kids. You were talking about Evan, right?

This quote plus three negative quotes about a kid that is going to play the game he loves at the next level while getting his education. Doesn't matter if it is walk on or scholarship or if it is Kentucky or Alabama. He's a kid. You must be a kid that could not get on the field for lack of talent to be so "butt hurt".

Couple of questions here for the folks in the know. Is this a Preferred Walk on position? An Academic Scholarship will pay tuition, but not room and board. Some talk of being on scholly next year, is that something that was promised? Always thought it was to be based upon performance. Lastly, in looking at HUDL video of many of the kids in Kentucky, I noticed that most if not all used a kicking block of some sorts for field goals and PAT's. Did Mr. Pack and if so, how big of an adjustment will it be moving on to the college game where blocks are not permitted and the goal posts are more narrow.

Did Tyler Pack use a block? NO. Are the goal posts narrower for everyone? YES. Are 50,000+ fans louder than 1,500 fans? YES. 'Nuff said.

UK struggles and we all know that. We can still be fans of the team, Tyler can fulfill a dream of playing NCAA football and you have your right to your opinion. But to get on here and be critical or demeaning of him tells us that you are a "butt hurt" little kid that is jealous or an adult that just wants to act like a jackass. Congrats Tyler, many of us are proud of you.
