I am a number 1 commodore fan :Thumbs: I sure wish we had Jones back in our program .My son spoke to jones Yesturday .Jones told him that he did quit basketball at Knott co.Only to put his full focus on football at Knott .He told my son ..dont really know where those rumors started but im staying at Knott ..I myself.. sure am glad that Knott isn't on our schedule .

Pikeville won the state championship. They would beat PCC by 100 if they wanted and been a running clock within the first few minutes of the game.

Hazard went to Pikeville for playoffs without 8 starters. Things are not always what they seem. That said Pikeville 2015 was experienced and talented and running on all cylinders.
Hazard lost too much to injury to have a chance to stay in the game. But don't underestimate the returning 17 starters most of which were freshmen and sophomores most of which you will find have "grown up".
Knott County is headed in the right direction. Perhaps PCC might want to get them on their schedule, since they are 3 touchdowns better than Hazard and all.

Have no idea who the 8 players were but with them and bring back Morgan and Jones and Hazard wasn't staying on the field with Pikeville last year. Pikeville could have put 100 on the board in that game. Ratliff, Smith and Johnson all played the whole game...But, Hazard will be much improved will be a force again.

Turner, Whitaker, Verne, Coots, A. Smith out. Smith and Coots lost at Harlan week before. . Very limited Fletcher, Stupart. Also C. Whitaker out Davidson broken hand but played in cast

All those young men would of helper but Pikeville was clearly the better both games. In 2013 and 2014 Pikeville won but I think those games could of went either way if they met twice. But 2015 they were head and shoulders better than Hazard.
