justabitoutside Wrote:4. The SV fan base is tired of this but more they are tired of his coaching antics on the sidelines. He YELLS/ SCREAMS to the top of his lungs from the time the ball is tipped until the end of the game. It is hard for a SV fan to sit and enjoy the game because of him which includes more than once chasing officials across the floor at halftime or after the games over. Watching SV games are misserable for most people anymore because of his YELLING and coaching style. He lets refs taking him out of the gameRight! Because Greg Newsome was so well composed on the bench....LOL!!!

Just watched UK. Did you see the fan base leaving the gym because Coach Cal was streaming and yelling?

My son played for Coach Hicks for 4 years. There were 2 types of people who made these kind of statements during his career.
1. Those whose kid wasn't getting enough playing time.
2. Wanted to hire a "Yes Man" for the job to start with.
One thing will solve both. Tell your kid to work hard and do what he is supposed to do!
He will get playing time and you won't be whining about the yelling if he is on the court!

Very true, kids these days do not work hard as they should, and if they donât get to play as much as they think then work harder. Some people have a hard time accepting there role and enjoying the ride.
This should be closed now and everyone needs to get over it.

Elisha has been blessed with a great roster. He walked right into a team that was very young and won 9 games the year before. Now they're 2 years older and more mature. How many teams do you know around here that has TWO 6-9 long and athletic bigs? As well as Silvers playing for his 3rd school in 3 seasons and Branham (Phelps) making his way over to JBS (Two Starters).
What does he do when he doesn't have what everyone wants (2 foreign 6'9 Bigs) and has to build a program?
