Hazard's New Transfer
#1
While all of us were bickering over the Cordia and PCC transfers , the Bulldogs bring in another mid season transfer. I don't even question their transfers because they play at one school until December and the hit the court at Hazard in January. Explain this one to me please!

Hazard has received a good basketball player. He is a transfer with a legit change of address. I Coached at Oneida (few years back)
We had one play for us on a Monday and play against us on a Friday. That is the way KHSAA deals with Boarding Schools. He will make Hazard a contender in the 14th.

They need him hope he works out.....Next Year eveyone will be looking down the Combs Road and say were you find these 2 at!!!!!

Everything is fine and dandy in the 14th as long as Cordia is not involved. If Cordia would have had a player move in there would be a 1000 post about the world coming to a end.
#8
Thought you couldn't move for sports?
#9
I don't think obi put in against him so he would have been eligible anywhere. He is a really good player and that puts hazard right in the mix but from what I'm hearing is that perry has a big man on the way and should be here in a couple of weeks and he will be eligible right away

He didn't move for sports. He moved because He was kicked out at Oneida. Change of address and He is legal to play. Case Closed. Might add He had a 23 pt. per game average at Oneida, Very good player.:Cheerlead I wish Him the best, everyone deserves a second chance.

What do you mean if? cordia is getting player's all the time! They have player's in street clothes sitting on the bench better than the one's playing!

DON'T SCHEDULE CORDIA!!!

The Commodores have their team intact fellows and don't need anyone else to win this region. The kid at Hazard has talent for sure but the Commodores have beaten teams with a lot more talent than this one.

How tall and the size of the young man? Any chance he plays football as well?

No chance. He's a senior.
He's about 6-1 and plays guard.

You mean Big Al. Little Al is UPike's football coach.

Not surprised Perry is picking one up
#17
We are not picking anyone up guys. That's bull! We love our team that we have and no need to add anyone.

Oh yes you are Paparazzi. 6'10-265 from Philly. 11Th grade.
#19
What is his name? If you know his measurements surely you know his name.

Most people would say the more the merrier but not me. I want to see our local kids play. Tobler is from Philly but he came in as a freshman and played all his years here. He's local to me. I hope that's not true Bulldog and I know that our superintendent told our coach no transfers unless the parent move here to work and live here.

Bringing in a junior. Got to be ready for Cordia next year. Preemptive strike for next year.
#22
Get ready for Cordia? Rhodes will probably beat up a ref or something and get them in trouble again. I seriously doubt they are worried about Cordia.

cheatin'&^*&^*&*. The organization over Kentucky High School Sports is worthless.

First off Im not saying anyone is cheating because I haven't looked over the khsaa rules in years but complaints(good and bad) about kids addresses and transfers have been happening since before I played ball and that was over 20 years ago now..
I remember kids driving more than an hour one way to play ball at certain schools back in the early 90's..I also remember a big tado over a mailbox setting beside an old shop building that was a kids "home address"..LOL
I don't think its that bad today but they use to be pretty inventive about it.

The ones that say they don't cheat have the Pinocchio syndrome.:truestory:
