Who are the top ten, best all around players? What are the top ten teams?

Owsley county has 3 very good players this season. they have the smith kid who pitches very well, mcintosh who is an excellent infielder/outfielder, and bowling who is a good catcher . Not only are all 3 strong defensive players they can all swing the bats to.

Im not sure I dont follow alot of baseball but I do know that the thomas kid from Lee co is a great pitcher as well as Smith and Bowling from owsley

Smith and Bowling from Owsley are both real good pitchers, who will be pithing more games though

There are several very good players in the 14 th regions. In order to really answer this question I think you would have to have two different lists; best defensive team and best offensive team. I will say this IMO I think the best over-all player in the 14 th is Muncie from Powell Co. He is a good short stop and pitcher as well as an excellent hitter. I am not from Powell Co. either. I am a little partial to the 56th district and I know I shouldn't be but I have seen more of the players play. Lee has two really good players Osborn, and Thomas. Owsley has two very good players in Smith and Bowling with Congolton getting better and better. I am also sure that If I know Danny Woods he will have a few excellent players as well I just don't know any of them yet , but I am sure I will.

I would have to add KCC C. Hall-1st base... he is a outstanding player to watch....

And i would have to take haynes up the list to the 3rd or 4th spot,,, anyone disagree?????

B. Smith C from KCC is probably one of the best in the region. He's had a BA of .350 or more for the past 3 years. He also had a great defensive season last year.

I would like to add some of the younger kids from Owsley. Two that showed potential last year as excellent players were Trey Congleton and Dustin Wilson. Trey is an excellent outfielder and Dustin Wilson showed he could play any postition he was placed. From the games I watched I also saw that Trey was a good hitter and Dustin WIlson was batting clean-up behind Jason Bowling and he got base hits the majority of his at bats.

The only stars that i see from Owsley is Robert Smith and Jason Bowling. But I have heard good things about Trey Congleton as pitching goes. But thats about all. Thomas Mcclintosh may help them a little.

Who is this Smith kid from Owsley. I havent ever heard of him. Everybody talking about this boy like he some all-star. Ive seen the Bowling kid pitch, id say he could hit mid 80's, but not high 80's. IMO. If its true about the tranfer from Texas throwing 90+ and the Bennett boy throwing high 80's and low 90's, these other two (bowling, and some smith kid) might as well quit, because they are going to get served.:CE_DP_Ste

Ok i said this already there is no transfer from texas. He would be dumb to come to owsley to play if he is that good. Bowling is such a good player LOL that the kid from texas wouldnt have a shot. There is a bennett kid but he is in the 9th grade and he in the catcher on the JV OGM. im not sayin nothing about the bennett kid caues he will be really good. but they need to get there story straight.:redboxer:

who will be the top 6 hitters on the owsley county team this year, i know the bowling boy and the smith kid and even the mcintosh kid, but its going to take more than three hitter to come away with the 56th title this year, but i hope they do and wish them the best of luck

owsley just has 3 good hitters. some of the hitters are not showing up for practice. So I woud like to see what Owsley can do with 3 hitters.

Most major leaguers don't have a BA that high...are you sure those stats are official...you have to have someone who knows how to keep stats to be able to report a BA like that.  They have to know the difference between hit and errors.  But if that stat is correct then good show!   :clap:
