Of course sometimes the scores can be misconstrued by the strength of schedule or lack thereof. Look at some of the teams NCC has played for instance.

Out of all the state games only 5A has a split with one team having the better scoring offense and the other defense. In all other games there is a team with the better offense and defense and in most games considered the favorite.
