Kash missed one full defensive series in the second half last week. Paris scored and he immediately came back in and played until the 2nd string was subbed in.

That was pretty much what I saw. He tried a couple different tape jobs, but eventually put on the brace. After that, the limping stopped and the mobility returned. But, you never know what an MRI might reveal.

Will we see more passing in this game?

If need be.

If he's getting an MRI that's not a good sign

Oh, I didn't mean to imply that he was having an MRI. I don't get any inside scoop like that. I was only suggesting that if one was done, who knows what it might reveal.

I'm hoping he'll be fine. That injury was early in the Paris game and he moved on it afterwards pretty well. You could tell it bothered him but not an "out for the season" type of hurt! The way his leg went back wasnt a bad angle. After the game it seemed he was walking and enjoying himself without any sign of pain. He's a tuff kid! Hopefully he'll be ready for Friday night. If I know Pikeville like I think I do they'll want our BEST!

We will dominate this game just like every other game since the Belfry loss. This team is on a mission and the Tiggers are just another little bridge to cross along the way. Mark it down, Panthers win by 14+

I wished everybody had turf fields. How many times has Paintsville play on turf this year.

Turkey 81 works for me.

Our Oline and Dline will dominate the trenches Friday night. Pugh is going to run wild.

The word going around Paintsville tonight is that Kash was having an MRI on his knee this afternoon for a possible ACL tear. I will not say where it came from but it is very reliable.
Prayers for him, hate to see it end this way.

Not having Kash will make this game even more lopsided. Without Kash Pikeville will put a running clock on the Tiggers

If this is true and he is out the Tigers have no shot at winning.

I know he's tougher than new rope, but I just don't see that. The Paris players did go for his knees every play while he was on defense.
Prayers for him, hate to see it end this way.

This makes me very sad so I can only imagine how the Paintsville fans feel. Having said that, Kash has bigger fish to fry down the road and if he is hurt I'm sure the way he works he will come back better than ever.

What if it's just a strain? Does UK ask him not to play? I don't think Paintsville can win if Kash is limited at all so do you risk it?

I hope these are false rumors.

I'd say it will be Kash's decision unless the doctors tell him he can't play. I haven't heard anything about him having an MRI done

Hope all this is false and Kash is fine.

I would urge everyone to use caution.
I will steal something Dr. Ben Carson said after one of the recent debates:
"Why guess, when soon you will know?"
Let everything run its course and we will all know soon enough. Just keep the young man in your thoughts and wish him well until more is known.

If you plan on commiting yourself to a hot Milwaukee's Best diet for the week you are a Hell-of-a-Man. I suggest you keep a roll of Charmin in your jacket pocket. Talk about laying it all on the line! :flush:

I feel confident number 15 will be dressed and ready for work on Friday night! Not sure If many of the players get on here or not but if he does he's gotta love seeing the support from all the Pikeville fans though!! When it comes to "the game" It's all out war on the field between these 2 teams but when it comes to the health of these boys, it shows we are neighbors!
