Fleming County suprised most by winning 7 games this season and finishing in a 3 way tie for first in the district. They will return 7 starters on defense and offense next season. Will they be in contention for the district championship?

After finishing tied for first in the district in what was supposed to be a rebuilding year, I'd say they'll definitely be in contention next season. From what I can tell, Fleming returns it's quarterback and top four receivers, all of whom were sophomores. If they can find a serviceable running back or two to balance out the offense, they could be a handful for anyone they play next year.
It could all boil down to how the line comes together. What do they return in terms of linemen?

On defense, they return 41 Eugene Hamm at end (he led the team in tackles) and 76 Sam Johnson at tackle.

The guys in the trenches always determine how your season will go. If they have some others step up, they could be pretty good.
