You saying you got home jobbed at home? I can deal with something questioning a call in a close game...but you were about five yards from having a running clock dropped on you in Lexington. You can hope JC loses. You might get your wish. But your boys got pushed all over your own field (with your starting QB and RB) and had no answer, and it happened in front of God and everyone. LC has a good team and you'll contend for 3A. But there was only one team on the field that night.

The trolling here is a little over the top for me. I hate looking at maroon and white as much as anyone, but I respect the program's history and team. Gonna be driving from Louisville to watch this one, and always happy to see these two teams get after it. Absolutely huge game, two top three teams in 4A playing for a critical home-field advantage. So many great games in this series history the last ten years.

I agree the 2009 game was the best I have ever seen. We were dead in the water, then we complete a huge pass, then go back on the sack, and Sanor goes to QB and throws the fade to JK Hall and he gets the foot down in the corner. It remains the most unlikely, miraculous, beautiful play I've seen in JC history going back 25 years.

You're looking at the best throwing attack Central has had in a while. This is the benefit of our district schedule. We know we can run; we line it up against a great defense and run it every practice. But we have had plenty of live action reps to air it out in real game situations.

Workman is 29-48 for 9 TD, 1 INT, 668 yards in seven games. That's nothing to chuckle at. You actually have to respect the pass - that is, if you can stop the run. It's a realistic threat this year - plus if he goes back to pass and you cover the receivers, he can still make huge plays with his feet. Baker may be the best D-1 prospect by position simply because of size, but Workman can make more happen. He's a difference maker. Kid's a gamer. And sometimes heart matters more than what you can do at a combine...
