My thoughts are that Russell is an extremely bad football team.

This senior class went 10-0 as freshman. They're going to go 0-10 this year. Things sure have changed.

You will see, RC is much faster than KC. Team speed will play an important role in this game. Also KC's inability to throw the ball will be a factor in this one.:truestory:

KC looks to be pretty much completely healthy for this match up, barring any injuries during the week. Diamond should be back from an ankle injury which makes a difference on D. I think a heavy dose of #44 and playing some smashmouth is just what the Dr. ordered. This along with some play action passing could really get the Offense in gear. Cant get into only throwing on 3rd and long. Some short routes on 1st and 2nd downs to mix things up will definantly help the KC offense and ppl will stop stacking the box. HC went to a six man front against KC and all but beg them to throw the ball. I can see more teams doing this if we dont complete some passes early on 1st and 2nd downs. Screens, hot routes etc.. is almost like a long handoff if done correctly.

It is hard to believe how RC has fallen off since my last 2 trips there. Certainly a field full of bad memories for my family. This Friday should provide a great opportunity to change that. Casey is recovering nicely from ankle sprain and should be ready to go. The rest of our cripple corp is coming back to life as well. Should be a full strength dose of Panther that RC gets to face.

I'm sorry, I don't get the joke please explain. By the way, KC fans are invited to my motivational speech today immediately following practice. Coach Russell thought it would be a good idea to have an ex NFL player and BGR moderator come in and talk to the team after the 2 beat-downs in a row they have received.
