Hopkinsville @ Murray
#1
Here we have 2 pretty successful teams this year both of which are showing up in the top ten of the respective classifications. Who you got and why?

Murray by 14.
#3
Hoptown in a close one.

Hoptown is climbing back to their rightful place, one of the toughest programs around, not there yet but headed in the right direction, the Tigers in a close one.
#5
I think Hopkinsville is better than Graves County at this point so, I don't expect this one to be real close.
#6
Hopkinsville has been very solid thus far this year, while Murray's been up and down. If the good Murray shows up, they will be competitive, if not, I expect a game similar to the Graves outcome.
#7
Murray will have to improve to have a chance b

Is Murray not as good as expected. Ive been hearing for awhile that Murray will challenge Mayfield this year. Graves County gets spanked by Hoptown to start the season, so I pick Murray to beat Graves last week, and miss it big time as Graves handled them. Murray will have to get a lot better to even keep it close with the top 2a teams this year.

Very glad to see Hoptown having some success, especially after their recent, tragic loss.

Lots of tradition and success in that school's program; I think they top Murray in a close one.

We have had this discussion at several of our Fri morning breakfasts. I have been saying forever that they are overrated. This will help them to understand what I'm saying.

Murray 28-14

So any body have a clue to what happened in the Graves game with Murray.. guess what I mean is I was told they had some injured starters also had read some commits about that as well? Murray still is a good team an gives us fits every year they have two very talented kids amongst the best in state.. hard to believe Graves just straight out whipped them..
Hoptown always has some of the best athletes in the state that always features some top speed an used to be very powerfull , glad to see they are finaly seeming to get back on track... need to tell coach joe to drop ft Campbell an add htown back ! I miss the stadium of champions..
I think this game should be closer but I agree htown is better than graves.. im betin murray had a bad night last fri and this game is a toss up in murray's favor

Murray by 14. 35-21

I 2nd this. Put Hoptown back on schedule, and tell the army to find someone else to make wait at the front gate for 2 hours. Hoptown is 1 of the few teams to have an over .500 record against Mayfield.

I was excited about the Fort Campbell addition. They however, haven't lived up to the billing and I hate how hard it is to get in to watch my team play there. Not to mention some parents didn't even get in to watch because of red flags on their background check. They shouldn't worry about their backgrounds, if they don't have weapons let them watch their kids game. If nothing else put extra security at the game.

This was a good game. Final 21-13 Hopkinsville. Time ran out with Murray having the ball at the 1 yard line. Murray better than the injured team that lost to graves.
