Belfry vs. Tates Creek Updates
#31
Bad read by Corbett on option..pitch man had probably 15+
#32
Wellman looking like Austin Hatfield as a Sophomore
#33
Belfry really really looks rough. Horton and Bentley are non existent, both look winded and slow. Poor coaching or should I say lack of adjustments, playing 10 yards off the receivers in goal to goal situations. DBs look lost. On a positive note the FBs are playing well.

Wellman is a man!

21-14 Belfry

:36 in 2nd
#35
HALF
21-14 Belfry
#36
This score surprises me a little but I know Haywood like a book. This man wont pass up a chance to keep a game close that has no real importance other then to work on some things and get the kids in shape.
#37
Horton looks out of shape and like he has lost a step IMO.
#38
No offense, Haywood is an awesome coach. One of the best. But I can't imagine a coach intentionally not closing out a game if possible. I'd guess Tates Creek has played a pretty good half of football.
#39
^ they have. Their oline has blocked our 3 with one exception and their QB has delivered crisp hitch passes consistently and our guys are 10 yards off the WR. Tates Creek is playing hard and executing on offense.
#40

They definitely have. Belfry ahs played their DB's 5 yds off the ball and TC has dthrew quick hitters all night as soon as it gets in his hands. They have done a great job of executing and Burke's passes have been sharp and accurate
#42
Belfry to receive
#43
Corbett tried to pitch to noone.. Belfry lucky to hold on
#44
54 yard gain Wellman...Belfry inside 10

Willis punches in it

TOUCHDOWN BELFRY
#45
Austin Dotson destroyed that guy on that counter. Wow
#46
28-14 after three play drive to start Half
#47
Hope the defense tightens up. Let's go Belfry.
#48
Loving Woolum's Touchbacks...
#49
Ray starting to get his hands up. Good adjustment.
#50
3 and out after Dotson drops a pick 6
#51
Horton with two Pass Deflections on that drive was huge

See if Belfry can open this up now
#52
You cannot come to The Mountains with No None Zip Run Game and especially against Belfry and expect to compete. If TC were more balanced be more close of Game. And yeah 5 does look and remind me of a small version of Hatfield. What part of WV is he from??
#53
Willis looks good tonight...
#54
Dotson is eating some people up.

I just ask but can wear the Orange and Blue for my Boys. I like not love yet well I do love him but as a Coach. Coach Thacker He is the real deal and Coaches them Up and does best with what He has.
