It wasn't a broken play at all. It was a designed read option, QB kept, made 1 guy miss and he was off to the races.

Making a declaration like this after watching a scrimmage is foolish. Neither Bell nor Middlesboro opened their playbooks at all. With both coaching staffs in attendance to scout, neither team ran more than 5 different offensive plays.

I thought Wburg scored at the end. Of course half it was 7-7 and after that not relative. Wburg did have2 called back in the 1st half. Middlesboro is young but upfront they are in a lot of trouble. Williamsburg is just a little better up front.

The final score was 14-7 MHS. Middlesboro isn't that young up front, just inexperienced. I'm pretty sure they start 4 seniors and 1 junior up front. I actually think they did fine tonight. nice performance to build on.

Williams will be an absolute stud.

Harlan passed the ball pretty successfully on Bell.
