Clay County Jr. League All-Stars Win Central Region

Clay Co. junior league ( 13-14) won the Little League Central Region by defeating Michigan and advance to play In the Junior League World Series at Kirkland, Washington. Congrats to a fine group of young ladies, coaches, parents, and fans. Some really good folks involved with this team.

The web site is http://www.jrsoftballworldseries.com and has all the info. They're in a pool with Asia-Pacific, Canada, Southeast and Host team. First game is Sunday at 9:00 a.m. Pacific against Canada. Other games are Monday 1:45 Southeast ( which is Tampa area), Tuesday 5:00 Host, Wednesday 10:45 Asia-Pacific. All times Pacific. I think they'll do a great job of representing Clay County, Kentucky and the Central region. They'll be very competitive.
