Williamsburg 2015
the burg is loosing a lot! think they will be back in about a year or 2
I never have understood why they have them play with narrower goal post than they have used all year. Looks like it would be easy to make a goalpost that you could just unbolt the U shaped part from the post, and put a wider one up for the weekend.
Costs
How much would it really cost to have an extra U shaped part. Any redneck with a ratchet could change them in minutes. Id do it for free if they fed me.
It's not the U bolt or the labor. If would be the cost of buying the extra one and then where do you store it?

64SUR Wrote:I hope Qb Alex Patterson get his shot at qb I think he was the fastest player on the team last year or Alec poore if Williamsburg want to be a passing team. I like To see Aaron Huskey and Eli Silcox at RB.....Just my opinion....WR Darrell white and I have know other ideal on a receiver. Defense Hunter Browning, Austin Huskey,Stone Hughlett,Dalton Shackleford,Hagan Hawm and a hosts of young jackets......If these guys are playing and injury free during district and regional.....Williamsburg could very well be hosting another semi-final game who goes to bowling green....I still believe in this Williamsburg team. Someone help me spending most of my time in Corbin this year. I hope to see the LCA and Leslie County game against Williamsburg. Confusederiously:

You need to start spending time at Goldbug.

Plan on being in Goldbug August 21 Whitley County vs Corbin and if Corbin is up by 21pts by halftime. I will leave and watch the second half of Williamsburg and LCA game. Not sure if the game is in Williamsburg or Lexington. Confusednicker:

The burg goes 0-64 since sir 64 has kicked the burg to the curb for corbin.

Scotty_Bronson I actually signed a 7 year contract with 1A Williamsburg 4 years ago. 3 more years remaining. And i looked for hazard to begged me back in 3 years. :lmao: Man I love this 1A Football.
Williamsburg loses a lot but I think Coach Heron will keep the jackets competitive I wish McCreary could get him.
The burg takes a step back, and only beat whitley by 24 tghis year.

They wont beat Whitley by anything. especially since they dont play Whitley.

That should be good news for both fan bases. Whitley wont have to take a loss, and the burg might find a opponent to put a running clock on.

Confusednicker: Williamsburg would have put a running clock on them last year I'm sure. This year I would give Whitley County the edge, Whitley will be much improved. Corbin is coming pjdoug stay home and watched this one on huddle. :biglmao:

I'm a die hard fan of the Colonels win or lose so expect to see me at Colonel Stadium along with everybody else in the county Smile

You better stay home when corbin plays mayfield. Typically Mayfield is alot stronger when ther starting qb has a year under his belt.

Williamsburg would not have put a running clock on Whitley either:lame::ChairHit:

Not worried about your qb. Worried about Mysonis55 crying all the way back to Mayfield. This time buckle up Killbilly. Confusederiously:

Pike County Central beat Whitley County 14-0 last year and Williamsburg put a running clock on pike central....:disappoint:

that game was their first game in a new offense and started after midnight during a bad storm while half the players were asleep and they were playing on a pond.they played much better against better competition as the season progressed.
and Pike central traveled to Williamsburg every year.what's that about?
