Hey guys just letting everyone know that since pro wrestling is a popular topic in our areas and across the world that in just a couple of weeks we are going to start a pro wrestling podcast. We will be discussing matches, story lines, what we did or didn't like about the shows and pay per views, along with discussion on NXT. A friend that writes for craveonline.com in California will be calling in to discuss topics with us and we would love to have questions or topics posted here in the thread or forum as possible things to discuss. It will be a totally free podcast to listen to and mostly doing it as a hobbie and to connect with other wrestling fans across the state and country.

Looking for some information on the best type of headset to purchase for this podcast and whether or not I can do it live

I wouldn't recommend doing it live unless you have some experience with it.

Pre-recording it allows you to edit stuff out and if you do phone interviews they can be a lot more streamlined. An awkward silence can kill what you're trying to do.

I wouldn't get a headset though - I would get a USB condenser microphone and go from there.

Audacity is a good little program (and free) to record audio.

I've recorded radio programs in a pinch as voice memos on iPhone.

I found a site called spreaker.com that seems really easy to use and just requires minimal set up that I may go with. Looking to record this tonight so any questions or topics you guys would like to have discussed please let me know in this thread.

Spreaker is more than likely what I will go with. Going to get everything set up and start recording this evening. Will be covering RAW and Smackdown from last night. Will discuss almost anything but wrestling will be the majority of what we will talk about tonight.

He's evidently with the roster for the European tour.

For some reason the podcast is taking forever to upload. I am using multiple sites to see if I can get it on here before the night is up. Don't critique me too hard guys.

Ive attempted multiple sites but the upload just stalls. I don't know why it wont upload as I have tried 3 or 4 different sites. I am proud of the podcast and was hoping to let everyone hear it. If you have any suggestions please let me know. Thank you!
