Did Cordia's gym collapse?

Heard the gym collapsed or something and was condemned. Buford any word?

Should been put out of use a long time ago. Gym was in rough shape when I played in the later 90s

80-83 bobcat basketball. It was a good little place to play then. A lot of history in that gym.

Damaged by water but not collapsed. I heard they were going to repair it.

Last time I was in there yet had buckets catching rain from the leaks in roof. That was several years ago

Hope they can repair it. The cost of replacing it will be astronomical.

They'll patch it back together, replacement not in the cards. Knott district wants to close the whole school anyway.

The gym has never had any problems with leaking the roof has always been solid it may on occasion have a little problem but nothing major. The insurance co is covering the cost of repair. As far as knott co building a gym that won't happen they did not even build this one there is something I the works to build a new gym they already have plans and talked to the contractor it can be done within a year. Right now the first priority is to get this one fixed and useable.

Hope they can get it repaired. It doesn't matter whether you like Cordia or not, they are a school after all and use that gym for more than just basketball games.

Speaking of new gym, where would they want to build one at? What do they use the old school building for now?
