Roscoe is a great ambassador for basketball in south eastern Kentucky, hope all is well for him because people like this can not be replaced. Roscoe has spent his whole life helping kids and doing what he loves and I for one love to hear his tales weather they are fiction or none fiction. Get well Roscoe and get back to work because you are missed!
