I'm glad he's back and finally healthy, but honestly I wasn't overly impressed with the fight.

I don't wanna see him get a title shot right now, not while Weidman is the champion.

Silva was comfortable just picking his spots with Diaz.

I wasn't impressed, but since Silva is such a good counter-puncher he didn't really get a chance to shine with Diaz just standing around.

At the same time though...
After the fight was over Silva looked like he had just stepped in the ring and Diaz looked like he had lost a fight lol

I think at this point, Silva has 2 options.

1.) Retirement

2.) Show down with GSP

I think you see a Weidman rematch regardless.

Dana said if he won this fight he would be "a number one contender".
I think that means he would probably get a number once contender match and then a title shot.

I may just be a hopeless fan boy... but I think Silva can beat Weidman.
It may be a different story after the leg break, but I think Silva SHOULD have one the first two.
