Final from Wayne co. almost mirror image of last game this time sw couldnt shoot. I would love to theses two teams go at it when both playing well.

First game all year I have left second guessing Coach Wright. I just did not understand his philosophy tonight. No reason for Gaskins not to have 25 points every time these 2 teams play. Maybe Coach is holding cards for tournament time, cause the hand he played tonight is not going to get it done.

I left thinking same thing neither team really ran anything. Wayne just shot ball alot better last night. good win for wayne though

Issacs picking up his 2nd foul early in the 1st Q hurt sw I thought. He was playing well.

SW was lead by fitz with 15, gaskin 12, cromer 11, Issacs 10 and gover 9. Wayne was lead by the usual Woods with 30, stearns 29 and blevins 16. Thats 75 of the 81 coming from the big 3 for wayne.

I would like to know SW shooting percentage thru 3 Q especially the first half. I remember cromer and Issacs hit 3's but thats all I remember thru 3Q. Guessing 2-15 thru 3Q from 3 and not much better from 2

Rodney Woods is a great coach and will out coach 99% of coaches he plays against.. Wayne wins Region because of Coach Woods!!!!!

I agree woods is a great coach. Wayne very well win region again but it wont be easy to win the 3 games it takes to win region this year. Wont be for anybody.

SW beat wayne 22 at sw - wayne beat sw 16 wayne, lincoln beat boyle 11 at lincoln-boyle beat lincoln 23 at boyle. East jess beats mercer last nite. gonna be a crazy last few weeks.

As I said after the PC loss, we have to know who are scorers are. If you don't know who your scorers are during the coarse of the regular season come tournament time you will have the wrong players taking shots in crucial situations, often times bad shots.

thats not true with this team. sw has no dominating scorer like last year. If they did have it would of already stood out and they dont have that guy. this team is best when somebody scores 18 somebody 16, 12, 10, 8, 6, 4 and 3. kinda like that only thing is you never know from game to game who that is. sw is fine if shots fall if they dont they can be beat by several teams. like last nite as poorly as we shot the ball and played we was still within 7 in the 3rd at wayne with the ball. turnover and a 3 by wayne ended that run. I do think we got to have ball in certain players hands at key times though

#5 Corey Stearns in the first half
#4 Peyton Woods in the 2nd half
#3 Refs cheated us. (Mark Bryant missed a call in the second quarter. )
#2 The basketball was 2psi underinflated and it caused us to shoot bad
#1 Patrick Edwards didn't play

that which doesn't kill you, only makes you stronger.

Good loss for SW because it shows them we better get to practice with a work ethic like none before. Listen to the coaches and realize team before self.

I hope we lose the coin flip and have to play in the first round. That will give us one more tournament game experience. SW will be all right.
