Not saying it's gonna happen, but it's gonna be funny if LC beats SC as much as you talk.

LC is not playing like the team they can potentially be but last I checked with the same players, the series was 3-0 LC last year. So with that being said, I wouldn't say much but go ahead with the aww but they were all close last year and SC is such a different team :hilarious:

Are you aware the sc has 2 new starters this year one of them had 6 3s against jc. Not to mention lC lost a pretty good coach. Sc 64-46pcc. Oh by the way james didn't even play. So yes I think sc is better.
#6
How good is LC coach doing.
#7
Now I think the 15th region is wide open after the SC game PCC has won 7 straight and 8 of its last 9, they look 100% different since they played SC earlier this month, will be an exciting 15th Regional this year...

Sturgell and the big kid are good role players, but to me not game changers. By game changers I mean kids who can put up 20 or more in 5 games in a season.

LC isn't playing well, and SC is playing better yes.

SC has the better player overall between the teams in Parsley, yes.

But head to head, you can't tell me comparing the starting five players LC doesn't have the better five. I'd take that to the bank.

If LC can defeat Belfry, PCC wins the 60th District seasonal title and no 1 seed on conference tournament...
#10
Central pulls out a big district win! This game was exciting, to say the least!
#11
Great coaching job LC. Tired of everybody pretending the coach doesn't matter, same team as last year but chemistry and trust is gone.
#12
Ok this is the same team from last year. Only difference is what? Yes you are correct the coaching staff. Even in a supposedly "easier" district. 1 + 1 does = 2 no other solution to this problem. :eyeroll:
#13
I remember a year ago how excited LCHSAlumnus/Dawgeers/LCHSbulldogsalum was to be going to the 60th district.....What is their district record now 1-3?
#14
I told eveyone about PCC earlier this season. If they can keep their TOs down. They are dangerous.

A couple of observations:

1. Bob can't refrain from jumping on a thread that has nothing to do with him and insulting me. It's getting old Bob....and I'll see you soon....TRUST ME....

2. Frank and Cereal boy only show up together, and only after losses......and Bob magically appears as well.....hmm....

3. As for the game, LC is struggling. No doubt. But, Pike Central appears to be pretty solid. Perhaps, just perhaps, they WON the game instead of LC LOSING it?

4. It's pretty obvious to me that some of these negative Nancy LC "fans" are taking high school sports a little too serious. It's not college. And replacing coach after coach isn't the answer. Stability is. Give it some time instead of wanting change every 20 games.

For your info my " 2 scoops" on things provide more insight and clarity than your ramblings do. In fact I've proven you wrong before. Quit trying to act like you are so concerned about the kids of LC. Some of us KNOW it a "friends and family" kinda thing. Confusedinglepar

Yet another example as to why LC will never be successful at anything... No need for outsiders to tear them down, they do a good enough job of that themselves! :HitWall:

Jumping on a thread.?...I thought that all threads on here applied to anyone who wanted to discuss the subject matter? I, as well as everyone else on here obviously had no idea that you owned particular threads.

Insulted you? Where did you get insulted?.....Did you not make statements a year ago where you were excited to go to the 60th district? You were excited because you presumed it would be an instant cakewalk for LC and you were relieved that LC would finally be out of the 57th district where it was unfair that they had 5 teams in the district..You went on and on about how every other team in the 57th would now not have to face the wrath of LC from now on because LC was an up and coming power that everyone should fear...Did you not say all of these things? Is that not what you said?..........OK so where is the insult that you are claiming? Please be specific and point that part out if you don't care.

Just so I know, are you threatening my personal safety? :yikes:That's pretty bold if that is what you are alluding to..lol.... Perhaps you're just mad because you cant back up the wild claims you make and just cant stand the joshing and jabbing that comes with the territory of making those claims when they don't pan out. Why get mad at everyone else because LC cant handle the heat of the 60th district after you hype them up to stratospheric proportions? Get a grip junior.

LCHSAlumnus/Dawgeers/LCHSbulldogsalum,you really need to seek anger management consultation before you enter the internet discussion board twilight zone just to learn how to handle friendly jabbing that don't amount to a hill of beans. Or perhaps maybe you need just stay off of them altogether? Obviously the back and forth banter is something that you emotionally cant handle at the present moment.:argue:

How about looking in the mirror and accepting the fact that you leave yourself wild open for this stuff, learn from it, and grow up?

As previously noted, they have a habit of devouring their own young when things don't pan out.

^ Oh no, it's never the kids... it's always the "coach" or "administrator"...

if you know someone who won't complain about "coaches" who call a child a cancer, then you know the wrong people. Open your eyes and grow a pair. However, the superintendent LC just got is a breath of fresh air for this school system. The only thing bad I can say about that situation is too bad we couldn't get him sooner.
#23
^ lol Give it time I am sure you will complain about him as well...
#24
Rumor i am hearing is that Lawrence will be looking for a new boys basketball coach and a new girls basketball coach after this season. Too much talent in Lawrence. Just the talk i'm hearing from some buddies in paintsville.

When someone is good at what they do, I have no problem giving them praise for it. When they're in the wrong, I have no problem pointing that out. These are grown men (coaches) that are supposed to be a role model for these kids, not bashing them publicly.

PC is better then most of us thought. LC gets killed on the boards again. I would say PC had at least 20 2nd chance points.
#27
Score was 61-60 Pc in the 4th q and got 7 points on one possession and fouled out Kiser.
#28
Lawrence County's fans were extremely loud and obnoxious. But, I guess when there not winning that's how they act.
#29
3 Man Crew last night didn't have a very good night. Dale had one fan escorted out and the Cops said they couldn't believe he was asked to leave. Like I said turning point of the game was with PC leading 61-60 Blackburn makes a basket while getting fouled by Kiser for his 4th foul and before he can get a sub in Kiser is whistled for a Tech. Blackburn makes the free throw , Clark hits the tech free throws plus PC gets the ball back and then Blackburn scores again. So 61-60 goes to 68-60.

Worst in the region. Glad the 60th has to deal with them. They have some nice players but there fans/parents make it impossible to root for them.
