Final: Jackson Co 56 North Laurel 54
#1
Big win for the generals. ...they are a very scrappy and dangerous team....
#2
NORTH is gonna end up playing Clay County 1st game of district
#3
Hustle and heart from generals. 2 things lacking by north bigs. When will they learn?
#4
That very well could happen....this district and the 50th will be fun to watch
#5
Sounds like north better right the ship fast or it may not matter. This puts them in a tough spot with the seeding. I hate to see a team with so much potential underachieve this much. Can anyone explain what's going on in the jungle?
#6
You could see this one coming.
#7
You thinking it rocking now, wait till Collier gets eligible and someone sits for him to start in their position..
#8
wow wow!!!!!!!!!!!!! Shepherd's prayers are coming true!!!:hilarious:
#9
North has imploded.
#10
Big win for Jackson Co.!!!
#11
How in the heck do you look so good in the layup line and then cant play a lick
#12
Rumor is a bunch of the kids are going to Clay next year.
#13
Scrappy bunch, good luck.
#14
The kid from Bell Co should have stayed at Corbin.. In long run would have been the better place for him..

I'd buy tickets to watch the show.

Hammons hit a 70 footer to beat the buzzer at the half. Nothing but net! Longest shot I've ever seen made in a high school game. Hammons 23, Lawson 21. Broughton with only 9 points for the game, Asher with 16 or 18. Broughton had 7 in the 1st quarter, and 2 in the 4th. Only took 4 shots after the 1st quarter. 2nd-4th seeds still up in the air in the 49th, with Jackson 2-2, North 1-3, and OBI 1-3.

I pick North Laurel to beat the the team that gets first seed and it looks like that will be CC.

i've heard he's ineligible and still trying to be eligible. At this point in the season it almost becomes futile to try to get a player ready to play. He's not been able to practice with them or anything. You bring a kid in now and bench one and start him and it may start a nuclear war.

I predict He will not play for LN this year, KHSAA has this thing about waiting till the last day to hand down their decision, then they require so many practices and by the time he jumps through all the hoopes season over. The KHSAA should be able to rule the, next day. No respect for the child who should not be hanging out there. If more parents would challenge the KHSAA things would change. Cordia you guys challenged them and won, I thing you did the right thing. I wish there were two organizatins or three that the high schools could belong to Then you would see better BB and other HS sports in KY. JMO)

Somebody might need to give Sizemore this clue before he makes the same mistake again.

Its just hard to believe that a team can look that good warming up and cant handle teams any better than what they do. Size like that doesn't come around very often. Might need someone to take advantage of it.
#23
They may get right at the right time. Then look out.
#24
It would be something if the tallest teams don't make it to the region like Williamsburg NL SL
