It should have been closer. Hazard missed at least 10 wide open lay ups ans I bet they didn't shoot 40% from the free throw line.

Hazard played scared plain and simple.Yes,they have the talent but the decisions made sometimes on offense baffles me.They have the makings of a good team but need to get more guards attacking the rim and being more assertive in decision making.

Hazard may end up being fourth in the district before year's end. Buckhorn is a physical team and may give Hazard all they want and more.Leslie,Perry,Buckhorn or Hazard right now is the order I would put the district in currently.

Hazard defeated a very good Harlan team recently.Harlan lost by 3 to Leslie,beat Jenkins by almost 20,and beat Magoffin by almost 30.Hazard is just an up and down team right now but if they get it together,they could be dangerous come tourney time.I honestly think the next meeting will be different with Perry.

It won't be much different next game for Hazard.Perry just has Hazard's number and have for a while.I just don't see it changing for a while.Perry has some middle schoolers coming up that can play and will contribute early on when they arrive at PCC.
