Boyle had to come 3/4 floor with 2.1 seconds ball is in bounded kid dribbles over mid court turns to the left and shoots the winning shot. The clock did not start until the kid goes up for a shot. The crowd was all hollering for the clock to start. Christian Latner had 2.3 when he beat Kentucky with his shot, just saying .Boyle is undefeated and a very good team, but give the winning assist to the clock man from Knox.

Karma is a funny thing.....time catches up at some point. Never complain about a clock when you have been the recipient of some extra time in the past.

Kinda thought Corbin was going to put game away when the official who played ball with corbins head coach and 1 assistant coach called 2 T"s on Boyle players during a dead ball with bout 1 1/2 min to go. Corbin only made 1 of 4 freethrows and didn't score on possession so the 1 point lead only went to 2 but could have been as much as 8. That sequence cost Corbin the game.

It sounds like the 1983 regional finals, also at Knox. If you were there, you'd never forget that ending.

50th is very tight. I rank these teams in this order.

Corbin
Williamsburg
South Laurel
Whitley Co.

The separation between 1 and 4 is very little. Whitley could easily win this district. Once South gets healthy, I may give them the nod.
