Johnson Central should be the overwhelming favorite to win the 15th region once again this year, IMO. As far as Breathitt, they are in rebuilding mode. The only returning starter from last years team is Chaney. Breathitt has a solid core of underclassmen, who should get better as the year goes on. Good luck to both teams on the remainder of the season.

I don't know if I'd say overwhelming. Lawrence County is very good.
