Big win for the Red hounds. Great game by both teams.
#2
Hounds! This one lived up to expectations

#4
HUGE win for Corbin. That home field and being opposite Central all but assures them a trip to the region final.
#5
Great game by both teams. What a battle.
#6

Yes, it was! I thought Corbin would win, but by a bigger score than that!! Congratulations, to the Hounds!

Corbin couldn't get into any kind of offensive flow until late in the first half, mainly due to committing way too many penalties. They came through with the big plays when they had to though.
#12
Bell moved the ball with ease until they got in the red zone then Corbin would bow up and stop them. Bell seemed to have more players going both ways. Fatigue likely a factor late in the game.
#13
congrats corbin on winand good job bobcats on a hard fought game I knew it would be a close one Bell Moved the ball wel just couldn't capitalize due to Corbin's D and penalties those may be two of the best defense's in the area!!!
#14
Corbin only blitzed once the entire game, the last play. Jewell got to the QB and busted up the 2 pt. conversion.
#15
Bell executed their game plan well, but Corbin found a way to make the big plays. Little disappointed that Dalton Anderson's hit wasn't the Highlight of the night on sports overtime. He had two hits that really picked the Corbin defense up.
#16
Excellent Win. All three teams in WC won.

I was kind of surprised that they allowed the Bell RB to come back into the game. It looked like he was knocked out and was have a hard time walking straight when coming off the field. He is one tough runner though.

I told my wife the same thing. In my opinion in that situation following concussion protocol the kid probably shouldn't have been back in the game. But, hat's off to him for being one heck of a tough kid and coming back.
#20
Does Bell have a team doctor?
#21
SEKYFAN he is one tuff kid it just knocked the wind out of him one of the best hits I have seen in a while!!!

Bell played a hell of a game! Had Corbin offense in disarray...... Tough runners...arm tackles won't work on that bunch. Congrats hounds on the win. And yes, the wagon is full... The indecisive guys can walk...

Great game! I know Im in the minority, but I love to see hard fought, tight, defensive games and this one was a dandy. It is a classic example of the cliche "its a shame someone had to lose this one." I respect the decision to go for 2. They were on the road and wearing down up front and they had the opportunity to sneak out of there with a win. Congrats to the Hounds and best of luck to both teams. Either of the two will be a tough out in the playoffs!

Anxious for the new piece that goes in the helmets that will absorb shock & cut down on concussions to be released. Saw a piece about it on the news. After embedding sensors into two different types of football helmets, researchers from Virginia Tech University have revealed that one helmet was much more effective at preventing concussions than the other. According to the researchers, their findings confirm that helmets can actually be designed to reduce the risk of concussions during gameplay. I called for a thriller but had Bell pulling it out. Congrats to Corbin. I would love to see these 2 again in the region championship. As for the big hit, concussion never was in play. Corbin kid hit him right in the chest and knocked the wind out of him. If you've never had that happen, you feel like you're dying. Unfortunately, I've been on the wrong end of a couple of those.

Watched this game on WYMT2 and it was one hell of a battle.
Congrats to Corbin!

That's good news. I was much too far away to see what happened, but the next thing you know that dang #22 is in there running like nothing ever happened.
